About our home

Excellent apartment in a luxury condominium overlooking the sea in Praia Brava, located in the north of Florianópolis. 25 km from the city center. Chairs and ombrelones available on the beach. Lifeguards. Apartment with balcony and barbecue. 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen size bed + 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each). Beautiful decor. Pool, sauna and tennis court.
The apartment is not available for exchange from December 20 until February 28. Can be exchanged from now until December 20th. Can also be exchanged since March 1 until December 20th.
