Bungalow in a hotel in Campeche Beach- 20km from downtown Florianopolis

PROPERTY 1: We offer a comfortable bungalow inside a nature surrounded Hotel. It has one bedroom, with a king size spring box bed. There is one living room, with 2 spring box beds where 2 people can sleep, and a little kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and it has it`s own hot water provision (it does not depend from a central water distribution) We have daily maid service (who changes the towels and do the dishes once a day -sheets are changed every two days), and on-site concierge. The hotel is builded in a 13.000m² area where you can apreciate the local forest (Mata Atlântica), birds, flowers,and nature in general. Its great to visit the place with your kids, as they can wonder around the place by themselves. The hotel has: playroom, tennis court, barbacue, playground and a sports area. PROPERTY 2: We also own, in the same island, but in another beach called Cachoeira, 3 duplex, where up to 8 persons can sleep. 2 of the duplex have 3 berdrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the other has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This duplexs are only at 150mts from the beach. The hotels is located in the south part of the island, and the duplex in the north. The kitchen is fully equipped, and every appartment has it own barbacue and umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Every duplex has an alarm system. We offers both properties, you can choose one , or both and spend more time in the island.
