Where is it?

Foz do Iguassu is one of the most visited cities in Brazil. It's unique location and attractions makes it a tourist hotspot. The attractions include Iguazu Falls, one of the new seven wonders of the world. Itaipu Dam, the largest hydroelectric in energy production in the world. It's also border to Paraguay and Argentina, so you can visit three countries at once :-).
It has an international airport, with many flights to other Brazilian cities and important South American cities like Santiago (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Lima (Peru) and many others. You may also use Puerto Iguassu (Argentina) airport which connects to many more Argentinian cities. Ciudad Del Este (Paraguay) also has and airport for additional options. In short, you are in a perfect spot to visit not only Brazil but a substantial portion of South America.
Together, Foz do Iguassu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu make a large metropolitan area that span three countries. You won't get bored here.
Shopping is another strong point in this region and one of the reasons many tourists come here as well.

For the nature and adventure lovers the region has many waterfalls, roads for cycling, parachuting, a bird park, a big national reserve area with many wild animals, boat trips in parana river and many camping sites.

Our home is in a residencial neighborhood, close to Paraguay border. Neighbors are very friendly and always available to help.
