About our home

Our apartment is located in a very nice area of the city; it is situated on the 5th floor of an elegant 60-year old building. Its area is 105m2. The apartment has two large bedrooms, a living/dining room, one kitchen, two nice and bright bathrooms and one washing room. It is also served by a private long balcony from where a nice view of the city and the lake is available and for a 24-hour porter service.

Where is it?

Downtown is a few blocks away as well as restaurantes, city parks, bars, museums, theatres and shopping centers. One block away you can easily catch the metro, buses and taxis. The City is the 6th largest in Brazil (pop. 1500.000); it has hosted 1st and 2nd editions of the World Social Forum. It is known for the two local soccer teams that have won World Club Cup and also for a new way of public administration - the participative citizenship budget, and, most of all, "gauchos" are well known for being friendly and for making fantastic berbecues.
