About our home

Our apartment is located at the 7th floor of a closed and secured residence, at the sea side. 4 bedrooms (of which 2 with own bathroom), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room, large terrace with open view. TV; internet Wi-fi.

Exchange is not necessarily simultaneously, as we usually go for vacation in July in Europe, and often travel for other school holidays.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The residence, Atlantico Sul, is located in Barra, the new area of Rio de Janeiro; It is a open area, 20 mn from Ipanema and COpacabana (depending on traffic conditions,... which can be heavy in Rio); The beach is just opposite to the residence, offering many possibilities: surfing, cycling, footing, etc.
The residence has its own swimming pool, 3 tennis court and many other facilities (playground for kids,...); quiet area.
