About our home

Residence, 43 m2 in front of Barra da Tijuca Beach, Sheraton administration group. Best point of the beach, close trade. Beautiful decor, all new + Hotel 5 star services without breakfast included. Loft on the second floor, light, fresh, airy, central air, nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, separate lounge (which can be the second space to sleep), with queen sized bed and a sofa bed, closet, plasma TV, safe, large refrigerator, appliances, tile floors, hair dryer (220V), clothes bed and new towels. The condo has optional services of a hotel 5 stars Sheraton standard. Use of pool, sauna, gym, garage (one vacancy), pool towels and beach area reserved on the beach, already included on package. There is no breakfast and linen laundering that may be requested and paid on time. You should only Host 1 person or 1 double or 1 double and 2 children up to 10 years or 3 people at most for comfort. Should follow the condominium convention. Highlight: You can not animal, loud noise, party after 22h and before 10am. Drugs, prostitution and parties in the apartment are not allowed by the host and administrator.

Barra da Tijuca beach is beautiful and safe. Paradise! Just go down and enjoy a beautiful beach, gym, pool, sauna, bar, restaurant, massage room, room service, market, bakery, pharmacy, hair salon, shuttle, concierge...
New neighborhood, away from downtown, for this reason safer. However, main sights within easy reach (you can ask the concierge shuttle). Best beach in Rio de Janeiro, many shopping, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, green, near the RIOCENTRO Convention Center, the main venue of evidence of the Olympics. Neighborhood hard time getting out on foot to be large and long distances between the recreational areas.
