About our home

The apartment is very nice! Two room (1 suite + children room), 2 bathroom, hottube. Important: a maid (housekeeping) is include in the exchange, she will come every dayweek to clean up, wash cloth and iron it from 8hs to 13hs (if you want to ). There are 24hs door man in the building.

The apartment is located in a very good area of São Paulo City, just 2 blocks from Patio Higienopolis Shopping Center, Universities, Bakery, Supermarket and metro station. The city has many renowned landmarks, such as the Museu Paulista do Ipiranga, the gothic Metropolitan Sé Cathedral, the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP), the Monumento à Bandeira Portuguese to Monument to the flag and Niemeyer's Ibirapuera complex Bienal, planetarium, and museums; and more recently the Estaiada bridge in the South Side. Paulista Avenue, in Midtown is the most important financial center in the country and South America.
