My apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. 2nd floor, nice balcony with a beautiful view, walking distance from a big park. Controlled access to the building, safe neighbourhood. Free parking available. I have been living here for 4 years, this is how old the apartment is.

We are a couple in our 30s, no children yet, both love travelling, both working in a software company for the Airline industry.

We have travelled Quite a few places all over the world so far, but now we would like to explore places for longer, like locals.

Our place is new, cozy, 4 km from the city center, near the mountain, which makes it perfect for having fresher air to breathe, while being able to get to the center in 15-20 minutes . We have a car that can be also at your disposal.

Neighborhood with new buildings, walking distance from a big park - ‘Yuzhen park’; close to a bus station - busses Nr 73, Nr 74; Nr 76 and 8 are going to the Centre. Close to a big supermarket and a small groceries store right across the building. Walking distance to a big mall - Paradise center, where there is a metro station.
