About our home

Cape Breton is beautiful throughout the year, however, during OCTOBER CELTIC COLOURS INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL is a special time. People come from all over the world for Celtic Music concerts and cultural events all over the Cape Breton Island. It is a 30 minute drive to the Gaelic College (lessons in Gaelic music, language and traditions).
This beautiful, 3 bedroom, beach home is situated 10 minutes from the small resort town of Baddeck, Cape Breton in Nova Scotia. It is situated 10 meters from the beach.
Cape Breton is considered one of the top Islands in the world, and the top Island in continental North America. You can experience wonderful bird watching, site seeing and hiking trails (on the world famous Cabot Trail), whale watching tours, puffin watching tour, swimming, long beach walks, kayaking, sailing, and 3 world class golf courses within 1 hour of our home, "Eagle's Nest".
We have 3 kayaks for your use.
Our beach is very shallow and sandy for the first 20 meters, and the water is warm, and so it is very child friendly.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Hope to see you here in this beautiful and peaceful place in the world!

Roya and Mike Murray
