About our home

Enjoy your Vancouver stay in our centrally located stylish executive townhome. note: no parking is provided.

Enter the home through your private entry with 20 foot ceilings, hardwood flooring, full size windows from top to bottom and feel like nobody else is around.

You have plenty of space to garden, relax and even sun bathe on your private terrace.

This cozy townhouse can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 baby. The sleeping area for adults is in the loft room and consists of a futon mattress on the floor. The 2nd bedroom has a crib in it for the baby. There will be some minor traffic noise in the loft room easily muffled with the provided air purifier.

The contemporary interiors are highlighted by Walnut inspired floors on the main level, California Style organizers in all closets, and an open kitchen with custom cabinetry. Just off the kitchen is the office/storage/laundry room.

The 450 sq.ft roof top deck is paradise for those that like to garden, entertain or just relax in the sunshine. No smoking, no pets, follow building rules, respect the neighbours.
