There are some ways to take the bike and travel around the river or the Lake St-Louis where you find beautiful views an can either go to the nautical park and rent canoe, sail boat or sail board. From that area you can also take a ''Pontoon''ride surrounding the Nun's Iland or take a boat wich will bring you with your bikes to the other side of the lake in Lachine where you can ride up to ''Old Montreal''.

Naturally if you wish you are 15-20 minutes from downtown Montreal with all the activities and excitements you can imagine: restaurants where food is great, parks, museum for the young and the oldest, Insectarium, Biodome, Scientific Center, IMAX movies, La Ronde ( kind of our Disney land but smaller) you can also bring kids to Safari Park in Hemmingford and obviously shopping.
You will be 2 hours drive from Ottawa our national Capital, 2h00 to 2h30 (depending on the weight of your foot) from Quebec city where america started and one hour from New York state. You can also visit The Laurentian or the Townships. . . these are our playground in the winter for skiing but the landscape is beautiful at all time.
