About our home

Our condo consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft. The ceilings are high with plenty of light. The living area is on the second floor, with a sitting area and a dining area and kitchen. The condo is fully carpeted, and has a very warm comfortable and cosy feel. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, with a bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is on the third level with its own attached bathroom.
There are good neighbours on both sides of our condo, and it is set in a beautiful setting with plenty of trees.

More about us

Our names are Edna and Albert. We have three grown up children who live in different cities in Canada and the USA. We are both retired teachers, who love to travel and see the world.
We live in Toronto and this condo is our summer home. We have not done a home exchange yet, but we have travelled widely including China and we would love to exchange with someone who is as keen on travelling as us.
Since we have considerable time to 2007, we look forward to corresponding via email, to arrange a mutually acceptable exchange.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Blue Mountain area in Collingwood, is a year round resort area in Ontario, Canada. In winter the Blue Mountains offers the best skiing in the area. In spring summer and fall it is well known for its golfing, tennis, sailing and mountain biking. There are many hiking trails here.
Our home has excellent access to all of the above facilities. The condo is part of Cranberry Resort which has fine restaurants and other facilities.
There are theatres, museums and Art shops in and around the area.
Collingwood is famous for its Elvis Presley festival in the month of July.
For golf enthusiasts there are many excellent golf courses within a 10 km radius.
Toronto which is a major metropolitan city is a 90 minute drive South from Collingwood. There are buses which go from Collingwood to Toronto.
