About our home

We offer a modern home, complete with four bedrooms, study, large playroom, formal livingroom/dining room, family room, kitchen with eating area overlooking gorgeous private backyard backing onto a greenbelt and creek. I am a college instructor in social sciences and have two children, 12 and 18 years of age, who are well traveled, respectful and adventurous. Our goal is to travel the world, meeting new people and developing lasting friendships. We have exchanged homes in the past and found it to be a great experience.

Neighbourhood

We live in a suburban area nestled into the north shore mountains approximately 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. There is a golf course 5 minutes away; park with running track, playing field, tennis courts, and hiking trails right across the street; access to provincial parks with ocean and lake access only 15 minutes from our door. Skiing on local mountains within 30 minute drive; access to Whistler, approximately 1.5 hours away. Our neighbourhood is friendly, safe and multicultural with local shops and large shopping facilities close by.
