About our home
A family home just a short walk to the beautiful Puntledge River. Short drive to both amazing beaches and word class mountain biking (Cumberland). Only a 30 minute drive to Mt. Washington a great place for skiing and hiking.
Our home has a beautiful yard with a sunny deck allowing you to relax in either sun or shade.

We’re a young family of four.

Lia works in health care and I am a grade 7 teacher. Both of us are off on parent leave until September 2021 making family time our priority. We are excited about exploring together and sharing our home.

Our home is walking distance (5 minutes) to the beautiful Puntledge River. Great for swimming, fishing, tubing and soaking up nature on it's walking trails. Equal distance to three playgrounds for kids and a 15 minute walk to downtown Courtenay!
Short drives to the beach (Kye Beach, Airforce Beach, Gartley beach) and a 15 minute drive to world class mountain biking in Cumberland.
Lastly a 30 minute drive to alpine paradise. Both skiing, hiking and back country camping all from Mt. Washington Alpine Resort
