About our home

Nice medium size chalet located on lakeside.
The chalet is 24 ft / 30 ft. One large place use as diningroom an livingroom. Many windows provide an unbeatable view on the lake and on the valley. Heat by electricity or oil furnace (when necessary). There is also a fireplace is the living room. Air conditioning is available on the rooms. 2 rooms with comfortable queen size beds.
Basement (4,5 ft) used to store accessories. Pedalo, canoe, small boat, windsurf fun board etc. A nice terrace and a large balcony procure place to play and rest.

My wife and I are around 60 of age. We are professional workers. My wife is retired from teaching. I am an insurance broker.
We live in the suburban of Montreal and owned that chalet for 10 years.
We are fans of birdâs observation and photos.
We will travel with two female friends.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Lake is 2 km long and about 1 km large. Very nice panoramic view, close to mountains.
The chalet is only 1 hour drive from Montreal (around 90 km) and 10 km from USA border. Many types of birds are observable and familiar to the place. Various type of ducks are also swimming around.
Many deers may be viewed during the year in that region.
Various fishes can be cached and eated.
