About our home

Our home is lovely, comfortable, clean and spacious. It has a large kitchen, family room, Den, living room and 3 bedrooms. The sundeck overlooks a large fenced back yard that is private with many large cedar trees, pond, garden and hot tub. We love spending time in our home and yard and love having friends and family over.

My husband and I are both professionals (police officer and and Special Educator) enjoy travel and are excited at the prospect of a home exchange.
We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds like a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see ours. We would like to arrange an exchange in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Canada.

Neighbourhood

Situated in the bedroom community of Vancouver called Delta. We are ideally situated to Burns Bog (great for hiking, walking, and cycling), the ocean, mountains within a 45 minute drive. Skytrain and the bus system provide easy access to downtown Vancouver.
