About our home

Partial house - 3 bed- but only one bed available. There is a sound proof and self contain, private suite with a house sitter. 2 of the Bedrooms are used for office and art studio and would not be available. Our home has been renovated to very comfortable standards focusing on a harmony with nature/colour/sounds/light & visual pleasures. EZ access and a flowing floor plan. Granite, wood, shutters, tub for 2 and porcilain tiles, gas fireplace- but really the photos tell the story of our home.

My husband and I are have 3 grown children and enjoy the flexibilty of world travel. My husband works in commercial real estate. I am an artist. We seek sunny climes for possibly months at a time, or more, as the years go by.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Tsawwassen (Delta), Vancouver, British Columbia is a small community located near the ferry terminals to Vancouver Island. (Victoria), Gulf Islands and the West Coast of BC. There are beaches near by and a short 10min drive to Point Roberts USA (part of Washington State) Restrauants and services are a 5 min walk away. The community is caucasian english speaking and family oriented offering boating, fishing, swimming, biking, golf. It is about a 3 hr. drive to Whistler Mountain Ski Resort or 1 hr drive to local ski mountains. A 45 min drive to Vancouver offers great shopping/theatre/markets/and georgeous North Shore Mountains/OR walk to the local services.
November to March is great skiing!
