About our home

The Iconic L tower just finished construction 2 years ago. Our unit is on the 35th floor. It is a corner unit with an incredible panoramic view of the skyline and the water (lake Ontario.) Brand new appliances, granite counters, floor to ceiling windows throughout, hardwood floors, balcony, internet and full bell fibe cable. The pictures speak for itself. I have been living in Toronto most of my life and I have rarely, if ever seen a better view, which is one of the main reasons we took it. The building has a brand new state of the art gym, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. It is located at Yonge and front which about a three minute walk to the lake (queens quay), the finance district is across the street. The Saint Lawrence market is a block away. Parks everywhere. The CN tower, Rogers centre and the Air Canada centre are about a 3 minute walk. The theatre district is within walking distance. The L tower is also built on top of the Sony centre where a lot of major concerts and venues happen nightly. Some of the best restaurants and shopping in the World are in Toronto and are also close by. It is on the subway line. You cannot get more downtown than this building! I have lived here most of my life and it still makes me feel great when ever I have someone new over and they say things like "This is probably the best view in the city." It is definitely up there! Which is hard to find in a major city like this.. It is great for a couple. My girlfriend and I love it..
