Where is it?

Buzzy restaurants
Treadwell's Farm to Table Cuisine, an upscale casual open-style kitchen featuring fresh, local ingredients and regional Niagara wines.
Cool bars
The Old Angel Inn, a lively English-style pub first established in 1789 and rebuilt in 1815 after the War of 1812. Great food and good friends await you at Ontario's oldest operating inn. Enjoy the great food and endless hospitality, who knows, you may run into the inn's resident ghost- Captain Colin Swayze.
Cozy cafés
We have two nice coffee shops downtown and a cute little Cafe called Willowcakes just down the street from us.
Retail therapy
Our downtown shopping area is a place that you will find stores that have everything you may want from Jams, sauces, wine, clothes, and many more. Something for everyone.
Bit of culture
Discover Niagara-on-the-Lake theatre with productions from the Shaw Festival Theatre, producing the works of Bernard Shaw and Shavian playwrights. Our theatres are located in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. Reserve your Ontario theatre tickets online today!Plan a visit to the Niagara Historical Society Museum to discover the unique stories of historic Niagara-on-the-Lake. Located 20km north of Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake provided a new home for refugees, was the capital of Upper Canada, was in the middle of a war zone and visited by millions as a place of recreation for over 100 years; these stories play a major role in the development of Canada.
Walks in the park
There are so many beautiful places for walking and hiking around this area. You can even take a hike down to the Gorge where the rapids from Niagara Falls flow.
Spot of exercise
We have local gyms and a beautiful Yoga studio just up the street.
Day tripping
Day trips can be to Niagara Falls, many of the local wineries here in Niagara on the Lake and also along the "bench" which is the Niagara Escarpment. Weiland Canal is close by and a great spot to see the big ships coming down the St. Lawrence river out to the Great Lakes
