About our home

Architecturally designed and custom built. Our open-concept and aesthetically stunning home has two stories and a large gazeebo roof top deck, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large home office / studio space. House is built with remarkable design elements and walls of glass which celebrate the positioning of sun and daylight into the living spaces, as well as the orientation to the natural outdoor environment and lake front.

Interior with contemporary furnishings, professional chef kitchen with granite counter tops, and a stunning 4-sided glass central wood burning fireplace.

We can also offer our Santa Fe SUV vehicle for use during the home swap.

A truly unique Scandinavian style house design situated in the beautiful natural coastal environment of Nova Scotia, Canada.

  1. We're an adventurous family of 4. Our kids are aged 11 and 9.

  2. Norrie is a self-employed graphic designer / creative consultant. Kari works in the hospitality industry with 2 family owned restaurants and a catering company

  3. We love to snowboard and travel. Good design is a passion and our home reflects a Scandinavian modern aesthetic.
