Where is it?

We are a 15 min walk to the village at Big White and have a good ski out to the lifts and an excellent ski in right to our door. The forest development has 26 private residences and is situated with great views and privacy. Big White is the second largest ski resort in British Columbia and has one the best kids programs for skiing and boarding in North America. The resort has a tremendous amount of extra activities including cross country skiing, skating and a kids tube park. Please visit for more details. Saturday nights feature the carnival nights and fireworks. There are plenty of restaurants and evening acitvies for all.

The skiing is some of the best in the world as this area is renowed for champagne powder which is dry and light. The high elevation (7,000 ft/2,000 M) means good snow and lots of it.

We are 55 mins from the city of Kelowna (pop. 125,000) and the airport. Access to Kelowna is 4hours from Vancouver by car or a quick and inexpensive flight (50mins) from Vancovuer or Seattle.
