About our home

Our home is custom built with an open concept no expense has been spared , we have a jacuzzi in the master bedroom ensiute bath we have 4 bedrooms and a wonderful family room off of the kitchen which is large with all the modern appliances. There is a formal living room and dining room the kitchen boasts sliding glass doors to the second story deck The basement has a walkout to the fully fenced yard, we have a 2 car garage.

My name is Steve my wife is Michelle we have 3 children ages 14,12,7 who will be travelling with us. We are both professionals I am a Real Estate Broker with my own company and my wife has her masters degree in nursing. We love to travel and this is our first exchange. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Situated in one of the newer subdivisions on a court. Kitchener is centrally located in southern Ontario we are 40 min from Toronto 60 min from Niagara Falls and the border to the U.S. the immediate area has all the amenities you would expect from a metropolitan area with restauraunts,theaters etc. The area is famous for the Amish community and the St Jacob farmers maket and the Stratford festival.
