About our home

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large Europeen kitchen style with adjoining dining room. A large front balcony and large back terrace regarding the nice quiet garden with trees, flowers and a garden. It is warm and inviting.
Large queen size bed for the master bedroom with private balcony, has 3 larges bedroom + fires places + satelite TV, internet high speed connection, bicycle, salingboard. Our canoe, pedalo are provided free at near by marina (lac brome).

More about us

We are Lucie (from Quebec city) and Gabriel (From France). We are both professionals international trader) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the in the eastern towship of Montreal.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the cities of Montreal (one hr, Boston and New York (6 hrs), 15 minutes from the US border, in around an hour and the tourist attraction in similar time. Lake brome near by, all type of activity can be done in this small lovely town of Knowlton (lac brome) very quiet and picturesque.

Skying (Bromont - Jay Pick - Orfrord - Sutton etc.. are all 20 minutes range, in summer you could Pick up wild mushroom, fishing, boating, walking, whatching deers and more, numerous path and bicycle trail are near by as well as shooping, theater and museum, good fair restaurant and all comodity are available in very short range as well as public beach sand beach with full commodity.
