About our home

This beautiful and expansive traditional plateau apartment is located on the second floor of a classic Montreal stone house built in 1910 on Marquette street, near Mt-Royal Avenue in the heart of the Plateau, a five minute walk to Lafontaine park.

It has three closed bedrooms, a massive 200sf covered balcony, a living room, a boudoir, a separate dining room open to the kitchen and a laundry closet. 9 foot ceilings and maple floors. Everything is included: heat, hot water, electricity, WIFI and cable TV. The apartment is nicely furnished with antiques and good quality vintage furniture, a Queen size bed in each of the three closed bedroom with 100% cotton linen, stainless cooking ware, dinner serving for 10 people, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and all right amenities. Cleaning fee of $120 should be paid on arrival.

Where is it?


This neighbourhood features numerous spectacular parks, including the expansive Lafontaine Park, which is at a five-minute walking distance. There you will find tennis courts, kids playgrounds, jogging tracks thru the woods, picnic tables, baseball fields and lots of space to practice any sports, and an outdoor theater space with a busy summer long schedule of mostly free entertainment. In the winter there is a skating rink on the lake and tobogganing areas. Laurier Park, Jeanne-Mance Park, Mount Royal Park are all very easy access on foot. Downtown, Old Montreal, the Old Port, La Ronde, the Casino, and Jean Drapeau Park are a few subway stops away.
