About our home

Located in the fun and hip Plateau district of Montreal, this luxury condo was built in 2004 and provides stunning rooftop views of the city for 360 degrees. This centrally located condo is perfectly situated around coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, parks, playgrounds and more.

Montreal is a winter wonderland for the outdoor inclined. The famous and fabulous ski resort of Mt. Trembant is a short 45 minute drive, and cross country slopes are within minutes walking distance from our front door. There's fantastic toboggan slopes and great outdoor skating rinks in the nearby parks and mountain, which provide family fun or romantic adventure for all. Montreal is the festival capital of the world and offers unique events all year round.

The closest park (a five minute walk) has an outdoor swimming pool, a great playground for kids, Bacci ball, badminton, and table tennis. You can take a picnic and share a bottle of wine among all the locals who frequent the park every day and night. The metro station is one block from our condo and it's a ten minute ride to the heart of downtown. There's a "Bixi" citywide bike rental stand across the street from our front door.

This beautiful home is located midway between the quaint and pretty Laurier village, the multicultural shops and restaurants of Mount Royal street, the very cool and famous Mile End district, and the happening nightlife of Saint Denis and Saint Laurent streets. Each are a ten minute walk, depending on which direction you choose. This neighborhood is quiet, pretty, peaceful, friendly and family oriented.
