Located in the absolute heart of Mile-End district

First Floor of a Triplex with private backyard, and terrace in front.
- Master bedroom is a double room with a Queen size bed
- 2nd room is a good size with a double mattress
- Office (not closed)
- Bathroom with therapeutic bath and shower
- Good size kitchen
- Dining room and living room are open spaces
- One part of the backyard can be used to park a small car

High end furnitures and well equipped for 4 people:

Duvet sofas (Montauk style) + TV
Desk and chair
Elliptical machine (training exercise)
Table and 6 chairs
Stainless appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher)
Washer-dryer small size

Mile End is a very artsy and local district. You have bagels, italian and 3rd wave coffees, great restaurant and very popular place to have brunches. Strong music industries and videogame company like Ubisoft. Local boutiques that sells vinyls, books, vintage clothings on St-Viateur Street and Bernard Street. Busy during the day all over the cafés, at night people gather around the cocktails bars, the music venues and pubs.

St-Laurent Street and Parc Ave. are also very popular streets.

It's never too loud outside, very secure and friendly.

Parking is easy to find on the street, but you have to follow indications.
