“The property is located 2 blocks away from the Metro station (Laurier, orange line) in 3 stops you are in Downtown. (About 10 min) The house was super clean and neat, just like the pictures on the website. The host answered every question I asked and was very helpful. The house is super confortable, is a three story property. I recommend this swap very much, we enjoyed it a lot.”

Beautifuly decorated, good architectural work, spacious, comfortable with everything you need and very well located in the plateau neighborhood. Very organized and super clean! “We had an amazing stay at Nelson's place. It is a beautifully designed house that has been very well thought out. It's modern, clean, spacious and has a minimalist style to it. High end finishes are found throughout and they have a great Sonos speaker setup, with speakers in the ceilings or hidden from view. We visit Montreal often and the Plateau-Mont Royal area is probably our favourite. Lots of nice parks, restaurants and shops close by. Nelson was prompt in answering questions and it was easy to communicate with him. It was a great experience staying at his stunning home and the place was even better than the pictures!”
