About our home

We are offering our house, near the city of Montréal. It has everything you could need for all your needs, especially for your young family. It is situated within 1/2 hre for planty of activities (casino,zoo, amusement park, golf, horse ride, lake beach, Museums, etc.)

The garden is 2700m2, including a swimming pool and a balcony that gives an overview of Montréal.

We are also offering our 7 passenger minivan.


More about us

  1. We are looking for a place that could accomodate our family and we're open for offers. We would like to exchange our vehicules so we/you can visit places around or a country nearby. The exchange could be for summer 2008 or summer 2009. We are a familly of 6: Yves and Sonia married and our children: Félix (9), Antoine (8), Lucas (5) and Victoria (1).

    We have no experience in home exchange but had great comments from people near us about it.

Where is it?


The house is located on the south shore of the city of Montréal (20 min.), easily accessible by car or train (see below). Québec city is 2 hrs drive, Toronto: 6hrs. It is also situated near the USA border for New York state(40 km), New York city is only 6hrs, Boston (5hrs).

The house is situated in the country but not in the middle of nowhere. There is a commercial complex with many store at 3 km. At 2 km, there is a train that brings you dirctly to downtown Montreal in 40 minutes.
