About our home

Our appartment is in the east part of Montreal, near a huge park on the river. It is an appartment of 5 rooms.
The kitchen is open to the living room and there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a study room with a single bed, and the sofa where an adult could sleep easily.
Easy to travel by bus and by metro to the downtown area, you could choose, as you wish, to stay in town to sneak around the island or, if you rent a car, discover the country around in less than an hour drive.
The cultural life in Montreal is quite interesting, particularly in summer time, with the jazz festival and a lot more. Restaurants are by the dozen just to count the better ones.
As busy as you will be visiting museums, seeing shows or traveling around, you could always rest in the different parks of the island. The mountain is the most famous and certainly the biggest. However, Botanical Garden also have to be seen.
Montreal is more interesting to see from may to october. If you come in the winter time, you may find it too cold to walk outside.
