One bedroom apartment with balcony in the heart of Montreal. The balcony is large and looks out over a nice garden. The apartment is quiet even though it is right downtown. There is a small sleeping loft over the kitchen (single bed).
I am a 55 year old teacher on a 50% workload. I am off from July to the end of January. This is my second home. I also have a house on the shore of Lake Champlain (1 hour from Montreal) which I could also consider exchanging.I am interested in an exchange in Europe for October and in somewhere warm for Dec. or Jan. I would also like to make short exchanges close to home(New York City, Boston, Philadelphia) I often travel with one or two friends. I love to travel and am open to any exchange.
The apartment is downtown. 5min. walk to the subway. Close to McGill University, Mount Royal Park, museums, art galleries, shopping and dining.
