Quiet adult neighbourhood in gated community. Hardwood floors, luxury appointments. Snuggle by one of 3 gas fireplaces and enjoy reading and storm watching or sit in hot tub.Large deck overlooking the Georgia Strait across to Vancouver with gas BBQ.

Doctor and nurse couple with 3 grown adult children. Will consider any exciting options.Strong attraction to Italy but also drawn to other quality options.Typically travel with another couple or with adult children depending on exchange location,facilities and schedule. Oceanside community with romantic restaurants, ocean vistas. Absolutely safe neighbourhood. Ferry/floatplane service to downtown Vancouver and 1.5 hours to Victoria.Spring, Fall and Summer are typically popular times to visit Vancouver Island. We have some of the best halibut and salmon fishing anywhere. World class sailing,whale watching, ocean kayaking and hiking.Fabulous scuba diving with 2 local artificial reefs from sunken vessels.Fresh and saltwater beaches in town and local towns.There are a number of festivals in the summer.We are 2 hours from Tofino on the West side of the island.There are numerous excellent golf courses and wineries on the island.Regular viewing of shore birds, eagles, deer, otters, seals/sea lions, occasional whales if lucky! Winter months could be an option-1.5 hours from best skiing/snowboarding/cross country skiing on Vancouver Island-training site for 2010 olympics!.
