About our home

Our 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom 5 yr old bungalow town home is very well situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake, opposite the Jackson Triggs winery, with a five minute walk to a bank, pharmacy, bistro style restaurant, and farmers' market (Wed. and Sat. May - Oct. Also close to walking/cycling trails, community centre library and cafe, and the downtown shopping area.
With high ceilings and about 1800 square feet plus 900 more at the basement level, our home feels very spacious.
The main floor includes den, kitchen, dining and living room, laundry facilities and walk out to garage and garden terrace with BBQ, and bright sunny master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor is a loft with working area overlooking the downstairs, plus a guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
And the basement is finished with a large gathering area plus a guest bedroom, bathroom and wine cellar. Deep windows make it bright and airy.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live in the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, with its heritage architecture, beautiful gardens, shops, fine dining, and the Shaw Festival Theatre. Music Niagara and Bravo Niagara organize events at various local venues throughout the year.
The town and surrounding area provide many activities for visitors. Walking, cycling, picnicking, golfing, visiting some of the over 100 wineries in the area and eating well are some of the favourite pass-times here.
We are in a quiet neighbourhood but live close enough to walk or cycle into town and take in the vistas along Lake Ontario and the Niagara River Parkway trail on the Niagara River.
It's an easy drive to Niagara Falls, (20 min) and Toronto( 75 min) or Buffalo, New York (45 min), but we always love to come home past the orchards and vineyards to our own lovely town.
