Large, bright kitchen and eating area has atrium roof and overlooks forest. Lovely outdoor eating patio next to large flower garden. Large shaded play area with swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox. Hammock under rose vine trestle. Very quiet and comfortable.

Gervase is a business school professor and an international consultant in the areas of leadership and organizational change. Loves the outdoors and music but owns too many CDs. Carmen is a public relations professional who has spent the past 5 years as a full time mother and avid homemaker. Her friends call her Martha Stewart's illegitimate daughter. Shannon is a 7 year old who loves ballet and playing in the dress up clothes her mother makes for her. Ges is a 5 year old boy who loves computers and his toy train set. Both children are exceptionally gentle and well mannered. Pets include fish and two guinea pigs.

North Vancouver is on the slope of the mountains that border the northern part of Greater Vancouver. Within a 10 minute drive of our house are Ambleside beach, Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain ski resort, shopping and downtown Vancouver. We are 90 minutes from Whistler ski resort and Walking distance to Edgemont Village shopping area. North Vancouver is a an extremely green and well treed family oriented neighbourhood with lots of recreational and cultural activities. It is a world class mountain biking destination in the summer. In the winter it rarely gets cold enough for snow, but there are 3 ski resorts in higher up the mountains.
