About our home

We have a house in the Annex in Toronto that was completely renovated in 2003 and converted into two apartments. Our apartment is half of the second floor and all of the third floor. It's bright and spacious and the ceilings are high. We take good care of it and the kitchen and main bathroom were renovated 5 years ago. We have a huge garden, a fire pit, and parking. It is walking distance to the ROM, the AGO, U of T, Kensington Market, HotDocs Cinema, and so many delicious restaurants. Also a 3-minute walk to two subway lines.

We are also open to nearby weekend swaps any season, and longer/farther away/international swaps in 2020.

Please note that we have three cats who come with the house and who need a bit of care (nothing special--they are all healthy). We offer our place for 150 points per night to reflect the extra work.

Neighbourhood

Tucked in the heart of the University of Toronto is the historic neighbourhood of Huron-Sussex. The best of both worlds--a leafy, quiet neighbourhood that is steps away from many of Toronto's most interesting places. Walking, biking, or transit will get you easily from here to everywhere you might want to explore. And when you are tired of exploring, spend some time in the garden or on the rooftop deck.
