About our home

The Imperial Plaza is one of the only retrofitted building condo complexes in Toronto. Once the Imperial oil building, this award-winning heritage conversion features a stunning Lobby with a convenient grocery store and a high-end liquor store. Our condo space is a two bedroom and den with 13’ high ceilings on the 20th floor. The private residence suites (floors 19 through penthouses) have their own elevator and workout room. You also have access to the building pool, steam room, and other amenities such as squash courts, yoga studio, and a games room. Our condo is located in midtown Toronto with great views and amazing light. It has a wonderful loft feeling with 13’ high ceilings and distant views northwest of the city. Because of the excellent construction of the building, there are no noise issues. Public transit is right out the front door. 24-hour Concierge service and security come with the building.

Where is it?


Our condominium is located in the Deer Park neighborhood, or Mid-town central Toronto, on St. Clair Avenue between Yonge Street and Avenue Road. Our condo has fantastic amenities including a private fitness room, swimming lap pool, steam room and whirlpool. Conveniently, fresh produce, cheese, bakery, and deli areas are located to one side of the main entrance lobby; while the other side serves organic, local and vintage wines, beers, and liquor. In warm weather, enjoy the sidewalk cafe in front of the building which is set back from the street, where trees provide shade. There is a street car stop right out the entrance doors and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants just down the block. Mary Be KItchen and Kwan Dim Sum are two local restaurants that we recommend. Hop on the subway at St. Clair Station, two blocks from our condo and exit two stops south to the famous Yorkdale Village for excellent shopping and great culinary experiences. You will also find the Royal Ontario Museum in this neighborhood; a little further south is the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). Both of these are top cultural stops in Toronto. If you are looking for a nature hike, access Toronto's unique ravine system just a 10-minute walk along St. Clair Street. Drop down into the ravine and you can walk through for many kilometers.

David A. Balfour Park, east of our building and slips into ravine system that can bring you all the way to the Brickworks. Or to the west of our building, is Winston Churchhill Park, which gives access and/or is close to the Forest Hill Village
Spot of exercise
Moshka Yoga is a 5 minute walk east from our condo.
Day tripping
Take the Island ferry to a surprisingly wild Toronto Island for picnics, swimming, and the most beautiful view of Toronto.
