About our home

Our home was built in 1910 and has been lovingly renovated. The house is a great location as it's located in the heart of Leslieville, we are one street north of Queen Street East which has lots of boutique restaurants and one street north we are a walk to East Chinatown and Little India.

This is a really great family area with a small park across the street, then two larger ones about a 10-15 min walk. We have 2 local swimming pools within walking distance which are free. There's also an outdoor one at Greenwood Park in the summer months. There are family play centres within walking distance, indoor rock climbing place.

Leslieville is really well known for it's great restaurants and bars. Especially for Sunday brunch. All the restaurants are unique as there aren't any chain restaurants.

You can hop on a street car and be downtown in 15min.

Living room and dining room is combined together with a TV
Kitchen is a large kitchen with Large fridge and dishwasher. Bright large window doors out to the garden
Basement isn't finished, and we use it for storage and washing and dryer machine

Master bed - king-size four poster bed, large mirror, 2 wardrobes and drawers
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed - cupboard and wardrobe - we use this as our spare bedroom
Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds- wardrobe - bookcase. Son's bedroom.

Additional living room/office/bedroom on the top floor. There's a large sofa and TV in this room and can be converted to another bedroom is required.

Garden - there's a new bbq that can be used and we have a table and chairs for 4 with an umbrellas in the garden. There's lots of flowers and lights hanging across the garden. The picture is older - I need to add a new picture

We do have a crib that is stored in the basement if you would like us to set it up.
