Modern detached house with 2 bedrooms. A modest home but very airy and comfortable. Open concept on main floor: resembles a large apartment. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full en suite. Large living dining room, large kitchen and breakfast nook, full den with sofabed, and mud room to garage. Lower floor has a separate bedroom, queen size bed, and full bathroom. At the rear a a small deck, with a gazebo and BBQ. Located in a modern subdivison in an area known for its golf courses and embassy residences. Close to Ottawa river, scenic parkways and just 10 minutes to downtown, as well as the scenic Gatimeau hills. Close to public transit (buses). You can bicycle to most attractions from our home.
We keep our houses very clean and are only interested in exchanging with people that have the same respect for their home.

More about us

  1. We are young retired professionals. My wife a nurse, myself an engineer. I work as a consulatant but have a lot of free time. We both love to travel. We are open to exchange of homes with other couples in Europe and North America. We are very flexible as to dates and duration. We have a second home and vehicle so exchanges need not be simultaneous.
