About our home

Our private, comfortable bungalow is in a rural setting, backing on farmers' fields and woodland on a treed lot. We have a well-equipped kitchen with all necessities. Dale loves to cook and bake. The 3 bedrooms have queen size, double size and a fold out bed. We have an extensive C.D. collection and hundreds of classic DVD movies. Our television is 54 inches, flat screen and 3D with a number of movies available on an external hard drive. Take our fishing and camping equipment (everything you need), to the local lakes or visit our nearby Canadian cities. We also have several bikes for biking enthusiasts. We have 2 golf courses within a four minute drive. We will consider providing you with a car.We would ask that you smoke outside on the deck/balcony and not inside the house. This region is a recognized tourist destination. For all of Ontario, check out Places To Go at .

More about us

  1. We are a retired couple. Dale is a former civil servant and I, Mike, am a retired secondary school Geography teacher. We are casual, non-smokers, respectful of others' property and travel without children or pets. We expect the same of visitors to our home. We are experienced exchangers. Dale is very allergic to cats and therefore we cannot consider an exchange where a cat has been a pet.
