About our home

Two level, 3 bedroom very clean modern home. The master bedroom has an ensuite which leads to the front veranda overlooking the front yard and ocean view which also has a large dinnete and barbeque. Bedroom # 2 has a small veranda off it looking over the back garden area. All bedrooms have queen size beds. Large kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Lovely ocean view off the kitchen area. Many windows to appreciate the ocean view. Outfitted with a infra-red sauna and high speed internet connection. Tennis court and lawn bowling facilities are located adjacent to property; quiet, peaceful area, perfect for evening strolls or a glass of wine on the veranda watching the boats and cruise ships sail by.

We are Frank and Janice. We have been retired as of a year ago and are looking forward to our first home exchange. It seems like a delightful way to explore new places and to share the beauty of British Columbia. We are very reliable and responsible and will look after your home in the same way we would treat our own home. Powell River is about 145 KM north of Vancouver, BC, on HWY 101, which hugs the coast of North and South America all the way to Chile. Drivers will have a delightful rest on two ferry rides amongst some of the most beautiful scenery the West Coast has to offer. A 4 1/2 hour trip from Vancouver. A 1 1/4 hour ferry trip from Vancouver Island. Fabulous fishing and boat touring. The gateway to the world renowned Desolation Sound Marine Park. Hiking, golfing, canoeing, kayaking, perfect for a relaxing, laid-back holiday.
