About our home

Brand new home!
Available for points rental in January 2020!

Features fantastic mountain views over the golf course, hot tub, walk in shower, espresso maker, gas range, garage, and covered deck to bbq while the snow flies. Located in the charming ski village of Rossland, nestled amongst the Kootenay Rocky mountains of British Columbia. 5 minute drive to Red Mountain Resort, one of the last great uncrowded ski hills on the famous powder highway. We are notorious for steep slopes, deep dry powder, and skiing straight onto the lifts with short lineups. Rossland is known for it's friendly small-town feel, and classic western Canada ski culture, without the lineups or crowds of Whistler. Home of the oldest winter carnival in Western Canada, complete with bobsled racing in the streets, and a downtown outdoor ice bar, show the locals spirit. Search for “red mountain sucks” on you tube for a sample of what our skiing is all about. In summer, we have incredible mountain biking trails from right outside the front door - or you can walk to the golf course, visible from the deck. Short drives lead to wild BC lakes and rivers for kayaking, canoeing, SUPing, and fishing, with alpine hiking and climbing opportunities in Kokanee Glacier Park and the Valhalla Mountains.

A friendly house and yard for families, we have two young sons, a good old dog named Ted, and wonderful neighbours we call our friends.
