About our home

We are a family of 4 husband, wife, two kids (4,7). Our house is 135 years old and in beautiful renovated condition. We have been showcased in local home decor shows partly to show my artwork (wife), and for the decor and historical significance of the house. We have 3 queen size bedrooms, two of which are children's, but can easily be transformed to house adults. We have a friendly dog (small shit zu) who would love to be cared for by animal lovers, or can go to a kennel. Our kitchen and laundry are top of the line appliances including Miele, and Hearthstone. Our Toyota Hylander is avail for your use. We will provide cleaning lady once a week as well.

More about us

My husband is a rose farmer in farm country near by, and I am an artist that sells my paintings locally. My children are 4 (boy) and 7 (girl) and they attend school locally. We are very proud of our home and would love to trade with someone who would like a change of lifestyle and mostlikely temperature. We would love to be near interesting travel destinations that are good for the entire family - preferably not too rural. We have listed 5 as we would mostlikely be bringing a nanny. Thank you.

Where is it?

We are located on a high end street with large Victorian houses and lots of trees. We are one block from the main street where there are great restaurants and superior shopping. 15 minutes away is the Ski hill-Blue Mountains. Intrawest owned world renouned Ski resort and village. As far as location in our town, we are on the most sought after street as far as location in our town. Please feel free to look at Bluemountain.com for more info about ski hill. The map by the way is incorrect. Collingwood is South East of Owen Sound.
