About our home

This grand sunny apartment is one of four units in a beautiful old 1890's mansion right in the heart of Montreal's Little Burgundy neighbourhood. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars and the famous Atwater market, the apartment is a perfect way to experience Montreal. The metro stop is right on the corner for trips to downtown -- though you can walk almost anywhere from here, including the Old Montreal port. This is a quiet building, perfect for down winding after sightseeing.

More about us

  1. I am a 57 year old professional writer who loves to travel solo, or sometimes with a friend.

  2. I have been an Air b n B super host and know how to make sure my home is clean and ready for guests.

  3. My home is filled with art work by friends who are artists, along with funky eclectic and well loved furniture, like the dining room table made from reclaimed Russian barn wood.

Where is it?

This is Little Burgundy, one of the most popular areas in the city for dining, especially on the outdoor summer patios. Restaurants such as Liverpool, Le Vin Papillon, The Burgundy Lion, Makro and more are all walking distance (five to ten minute walk) from the apartment. Corner stores are also nearby, as well as the Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal (great for long summer walks, jogging, paddle boating or cycling).
