About our home

My home and area are perfect for either a couple or a family. Two bedrooms, two full baths, gourmet kitchen with open plan living dining area and a home office(this can become an additional bedroom) with access to the beautiful front gardens. The Master Suite opens on to the cedar patio which is perfect for morning coffee and overlooks the garden area, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings! Sit at the dining table and listen to the fountain bubbling in the side garden . Lots of light, very comfortable and very livable.

In St Albert, every home is never more than 5 minutes away from the Red Willow Park System, a beautiful meandering system of trails and pathways suitable for walking, running, biking and exploring! From my front door I can go left or right and go on many different explorations, sometimes to the river, or the bird sanctuary or community gardens. (There are 2 adult bicycles here for you to use on your expeditions).
With the opening of the Enjoy Centre (an innovative greenhouse/shopping- complex) you are a 5 minute walk to an espresso - or lunch or dinner- , then perhaps a kayak/canoe ride at the kayak club or you can continue on the path to Big Lake - an Important Bird Area(IBA) - home to 235 bird species.
On Saturdays during the summer, enjoy Western Canada's largest outdoor farmers market - a short walk away!
If you need some more cosmopolitan activities , Edmonton is Festival City and has a vibrant art, music and food/restaurant community, there is something for everyone.
3 Minutes to children's playgrounds and public transit.
30 Minutes to Skiing at Rainbow Valley or skating outside at Whitemud Creek!
3 Hours to Jasper and the amazing Rocky Mountains!

I am a single, self employed individual working in the tile industry who is looking for travel experiences, to live in the city or village, and I will go just about anywhere! I have only a very small knowledge of Spanish (I am currently in grade 3 in Language class), however lack of language will not stop me from going somewhere! I like to cook, garden, go to the market, sit and have a coffee, walk, bicycle, lay on a beach, listen to music, all things creative, architecture and design and of course I love tile.
