About our home

Close to Niagara Falls, this chic, modern home is brand-new, with clean, upscale décor and a great location in the heart of Niagara's wine country, We are in a quiet, leafy part of St Catharines, in a wonderful neighbourhood. It is our second home, so non-simultaneous exchanges are possible. The main floor of the house is open concept with a flat screen tv, and bright, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom (king sized bed) with a vanity and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spare room (queen bed) has its own bathroom as well. There is an office with a printer, and a library alcove at the top of the stairs. The backyard is very quiet and newly landscaped with a full set of comfortable summer furniture and a gas BBQ. The basement has full laundry facilities. We have 2 well maintained bicycles available and there is parking for one car at the house. More parking is available in a lot around the corner.
