About our home

My house has the most stunning views of the English Channel and South Devon Coastline from all the major rooms and bedrooms. The property shares two boundaries with a National Trust property and is very secluded with lots of trees. It has a large yard with a jacuzzi and garden swing to sit and enjoy the views. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and is open plan. It has a beautiful sunroom/conservatory. The house is in a premier tourist location.

I am English and married an American back in 1973 when he saved me from drowning in Bermuda. We have lived in America and England for long periods of time finally settling over here in England in 1986. We have one son who now in lives in Denver. My name is Julia and I have been an educator/counsellor all of my professional life. I am now semi-retired and do free lance work.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

A very quiet coastal community neighbourhood. The house is situated at the end of a cul de sac at the top of a large hill. We are about 3 mins from the beach and watersports/marina as well as 3 mins from the town of Exmouth and on the edge of the quaint fishing village of Lympstone which is in a conservation area.
