About our home

Our home is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in the small town of Strathroy, ON. We are 30 minutes west of London, ON and just over an hour from the USA border near Detroit. Toronto is 2 hours away and makes a great day trip. Grand Bend, Port Franks, and Port Stanley are accessible by car (45 minute drive) and are beautiful beach towns on the nearby Great Lakes.
We have a gorgeous yard with a hot tub and space for the kids to run around. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your use. We are non-smokers with no pets.
Nearby, you will find bakeries, restaurants and shops, as well as numerous hiking trails and parks.

  1. We are a family of 4 who love traveling and have visited more than 15 countries together.

  2. Jenn is a teacher and Brad is a software programmer. Our kids are 14 and 12.

  3. We love seeing new places and trying new foods.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Walking distance from shopping and restaurants, our neighbourhood is quiet, well-maintained, and friendly. An established area, our street has three schools on it, with great parks at each. There is a large community park with a community centre, arena, pickleball courts, a new "wheels' (skateboard/bike/etc.) park, and outdoor pool with a waterslide just a few short blocks away. Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, Tim Horton's, and many more takeout options are located less than a kilometre from our house and make for a nice walk down tree-lined streets with safe and convenient sidewalks. Walmart and other shopping is within 1.5 kilometres. Downtown shops, cafes, and a Saturday outdoor Farmer's Market are a short drive (2-3 km).
