Neighbourhood

Streetsville is an historic village in the City of Mississauga. It brands itself as the "village in the city" because of its local village charm along Queen Street South with a variety of restaurants, stores, banks, library, churches, coffee shops, pubs and plaza. All of these amenities are within a six block walk along Queen Street which is just one block from our condo. There are numerous walking and bike trails through neighbourhoods and along the Credit River.
While having small town village charm, Streetsville is one of six villages that were amalgamated to form the City of Mississauga, a modern city of 600,000+
Mississauga is part of the Greater Toronto Area with Toronto being Canada's largest city. A short car, train or bus ride will take you to the city centre in as little as 30 minutes. Toronto offers every imaginable source of entertainment, sports, museums, street festivals, and live theatre.
In the surrounding area of southwestern Ontario there are world class sites and sounds to explore. Within a one and a half hour you can be amazed by Niagara Falls, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. In that same geographical scope you can be entertained at the Shaw of the Shakespeare Festivals
