Charming Seaside Family Home - short walk to beach

Our family is looking to do a swap for a few weeks in June or Sept of 2018 in Italy, preferably in the Siena Region but are definitely open to other areas. We are also open to weekend getaways in areas in BC, WA and California. We are a family of five with three well mannered sons, Grayson (9), Davis (7) and Keaton (4). We are a very clean and respectful family.

Our home is a beautiful newly remodeled gem in sunny South Surrey/White Rock! White Rock Beach is just a short 10 minute walk away that has a promenade, pier, swimming beach, restaurants, parks and shops. The house is a short walk to bus stops that can easily bring you into Vancouver which is approximately 40 minutes away. Whistler is a 1.5 hour drive along the magnificent Sea to Sky Highway. The province of B.C. offers numerous hiking trails, museums, beaches, restaurants, and much, much more! An excellent place to travel with a family, group or solo.

The house is on a VERY quiet street. It has a wonderful gourmet kitchen, with high end cappuchino maker, overlooking a large west facing sun deck and back yard. Our house backs on to a beautiful forrest with a ravine traveling through it. The yard has a hot tub, trampoline and soccer trainers. Allow the kids to entertain themselves while you enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub! The main floor features a large size principal room with a great flow for entertaining and family living. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a beautiful ensuite. Stand alone bath tub and walk in shower. In addition to the master, the upstairs contains 3 bedrooms and a nicely renovated bathroom. There is also a large playroom that has an air hockey table that could easily be used as an additional bedroom. Two of the boys' bedrooms have a double bed, with a spare mattress for the floor if need be. We have bikes and toys for adults and kids, including a paddle board, kids kayak, scooters. We have an iMac, wifi, printer, Wii, Apple TV, NETFLIX, and a large 65" plasma TV with Surround Sound on the lower floor.

We are looking to travel to Italy in 2018.
