About our home

Our classic Beach home was built in 1911, with a full renovation in 2011. The best feature of our home-- though beautiful in its own right-- is the location! We are one block from the Main Street with every shop and cafe imaginable. One more block and you are at the shores of Lake Ontario with a 5km boardwalk to follow. "The Beach" is the neighbourhood every Torontonian loves and envies!
The heart of our home is the modern kitchen with marble topped island, looking through a gigantic window onto the back yard with two-tiered deck and barbecue. The second floor has a full bath, and two bedrooms (one King, one singlex2). The third floor is a craft/play space for the children. The basement, also newly renovated, has a family room with big screen tv, a full bath with modern soaker tub and walk in shower, guest room (queen), and laundry.

The front porch has two Muskoka chairs for lounging and watching the world go by, and the backyard has a small patch of grass, natural gas barbecue, table, umbrella and seating for 6.

Come and stay at our beautiful house by the beach!
