About our home
Our's is a charming 3 story - 4 bedroom home. The first floor consists of an open concept living/ dining room area with plastered and beamed ceilings and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen.
The second floor has an updated washroom, cozy family room with an extensive library and wood-burning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One, a large master bedroom with a sitting area & separate dressing room. The 3rd floor also has 2 large bedrooms and a washroom.

We are Jeff and Rachel.
Jeff is a children's entertainer and I (Rachel) am a space planner who teaches design part-time at a community college. We are both semi-retired. This year we are interested in experiencing life in Victoria and Vancouver Island for the winter months, but also interested in other possibilities for the summer months.
We are open to a home exchange or renting our home for $650.00 Canadian per week.

Neighbourhood
Our home is located in a charming neighbourhood with several ethnic restaurants and quaint shops nearby; as well as the famous Canadian castle, Casa Loma. It is centrally located on a wonderful tree-lined street, across from a park, a 2 minute walk to the subway station, supermarket, library, shops and restaurants. Many of the wonderful sites and activities that Toronto has to offer (the AGO, the ROM, the CN Tower, the Royal Alex theatre, Chinatown, Yorkville, the Eaton Centre) are just a few subway stops away.
